[1.5.x] PSiGate (HTML) Payment Integration

What does it do:
================
This contrib adds support for "PSiGate (HTML)" payment integration.
Customers are redirected to the secure gateway to enter credit card details
They are then returned back to your site as success or decline


Requirements:

  * You will of course need to have a PSIGate (HTML) account.

How to install it:
==================
1) Unzip and upload the contents of the "files_to_upload" folder to the root directory of your OpenCart installation.
-- No files are overwritten
2) From the admin menu, go to 'Admin->Users->User Groups'.
3) Find and check the entries for any unchecked files in both modify and access. save.
4) From the admin menu, go to 'Extensions->Payment'.
5) Install the module, and click edit to configure.
6) To change the title on the payment checkout page, edit the catalog/language/english/payment/<payment_name>.php file


How to configure your PSiGate Account page:

1. Login to your PSiGate account
2. Goto "HTML Capture Settings Panel"
3. Set the following parameters:
Enable HTML Messenger: Yes
StoreKey: <your store key>
DBA Display Name: <your store name>
Allowed Payment Types: Yes to both
Capture Setting: PSIGate Captures Card Data
Capture Form: You can add html of your choice here or leave blank
Restrict Referring URL: NO
Allowed Referring URLs: <leave blank>
Default Approved URL: <leave blank>
Default Declined URL: <leave blank>
Restrict Passed URLs: NO
Allowed Approved URLs: <leave blank>
Allowed Declined URLs: <leave blank>
Results Version: 1.2
