[1.5.x] SagePay Payment Extension (fka Netcash)

What does it do:
================
This contrib adds support for South African payment processor SagePay (formerly Netcash) payment integration.
The checkout button will redirect the customer to the secure payment gateway site to login and pay.
Once payment is completed, the page will redirect back to your site.

Requirements:
==============
  * You must have created a ZAR currency code for this to work. If there is no ZAR currency, the module will not show.
  * You will of course need to have an account with the payment processor.

How to install it:
==================
1) Unzip and upload the contents to the root directory of your OpenCart installation, preserving directory structure
-- No files overwritten
2) From the admin menu, go to 'Admin->Users->User Groups'.
3) Find and check the entries for any unchecked files in both modify and access. save.
4) From the admin menu, go to 'Extensions->Payment'.
5) Install the module, and click edit to configure.


How to Setup your SagePay account return processing:

SagePay doesn't allow passing the return url via the form so you will need to set it manually. There are 3 return addresses in the netcash admin area under the “credit cards > Credit Service Administration > Adjust Gateway Defaults” link.

Set the following:

- Successful: http://www.yoursite.com/index.php?route=payment/netcash/callback
- Unsuccessful: http://www.yoursite.com/index.php?route=checkout/payment
- Data Page URL: http://www.yoursite.com/index.php?route=payment/netcash/callback


Test Mode notes:
===============
For test purposes you can log into the sagepay website and click on the ‘credit cards’ link in the menu. You then go to the ‘Adjust Gateway Defaults’ item in the menu and set up your URL’s and tick the ‘Make Test Mode Active’ tick box. Transactions will now emulate the real thing but will not go through the live system. In test mode, the Data Page return is not sent from Netcash. Only the Successful and Unsuccessful urls are sent back.
